Service Management Analyst

We are representing a globally renowned brand in the media industry, seeking a Service Management Analyst to join their central Service Management & Service Governance team. You will work within this specialized area as part of the broader Technology function.

The role involves CMDB (Configuration Management Database) work. Our client currently has a basic Asset & Configuration Management process and is looking for this individual to help enhance or completely revamp it, using ServiceNow ITOM. Prior ServiceNow experience is not required, but candidates must have previous experience with CMDB improvements or projects.

We are looking for:

• Good knowledge of Service Management processes
• Experience creating, enhancing, or improving a CMDB
• Knowledge of Asset & Configuration Management best practices
• Any experience in ServiceNow, preferably the ITOM module, is a bonus

The client has an office in central London and requires staff to attend the site twice per week.
