About the Role:
This is a fantastic opportunity to launch your career as a Building Services Engineering Apprentice with Gratte Brothers. Over a 48-month, full-time apprenticeship, you’ll work 40 hours per week (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM), primarily across commercial sites in Central London. Under the guidance of a Senior Lead Engineer, the Service & Maintenance Apprentice will gain hands-on experience in plumbing, basic electrical, and mechanical maintenance, while learning how to service key assets in line with industry standards like SFG20. Alongside your practical training, you’ll study towards a Level 3 Building Services Engineering – Service & Maintenance qualification, attending college either online or in person. This role offers a unique blend of real-world engineering skills, professional mentoring, and a clear pathway to becoming a qualified Building Services Engineer – all within a company that values integrity, teamwork, and personal development.
