We're looking for an experienced and passionate Service Lead to join us on a permanent, full-time basis (39 hours per week).
As Service Lead, you'll play a key role in leading our largest Housing Support service in Peterhead.
Working as part of a supportive management team, you'll provide strong leadership, coaching and direction to your team, ensuring the people we support receive consistently high-quality, person-centred support.
This is a role where your leadership will have a direct and meaningful impact.
Our purpose-built facility in Peterhead, supports 11 people with learning disabilities, each living in their own self-contained flat.

As Service Lead, you'll help your team to deliver excellent outcomes while ensuring the service continues to improve, grow and evolve.
Ideally, you’ll already hold SCQF Level 9 and a PDA in Management, but we won’t let that stop us from hearing from the right person.

This is an off-rota leadership role, with working hours typically Monday to Friday.
As you’ll be leading a busy service, there may be occasions when you’ll need to work evenings or weekends in response to service needs. You’ll also participate in rotational on-call duties.
