Ernest Gordon Recruitment is partnering with a leading aerospace employer in Burgess Hill to recruit a Service Engineer for flight simulators. You will be responsible for planned, preventative and reactive maintenance on simulators and associated systems.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Hydraulics and Pneumatics within the aviation sector, and join a team that offers in-house training, progression opportunities and a strong benefits package.

Qualifications

• Experience with Hydraulics and Pneumatics in a maintenance role.
• Aviation or aerospace related maintenance background preferred.

Service Engineer (Flight Simulators)

£40,000 – £50,000 + 4 on 4 off Days + Training + Progression + Benefits

Are you a Service Engineer, with prior experience working on both Hydraulics and Pneumatics, looking for a highly autonomous role boasting flexible working hours, joining a leading aerospace business, working on state of the art flight simulators?

In this role, you will be responsible for the planned, preventative and reactive maintenance on simulators and systems, and with training, you will eventually diagnose, troubleshoot and repair system faults. You will work with risk assessments, method statements, COSHH and Lockout/Tagout procedures.

This role would suit a Maintenance Engineer or similar, who has previous experience working with Hydraulics and Pneumaticswith alongside a background in the aviation sector r a related field, looking to progress their career.
