Job Description:

This is a permanent role based in London for a Service Engineer specializing in Fire Security and Access Control systems. The salary ranges from £40,000 to £45,000 plus a van, with an immediate start preferred.

Responsibilities:

1. The professional delivery of maintenance on integrated electronic fire and security systems.
2. Performing small works and repairs on domestic and commercial properties.
3. Completing asset logs for on-site equipment.
4. Managing your workload efficiently to ensure timely completion of jobs.
5. Communicating and reporting daily to the office.
6. Dealing with clients face-to-face professionally.

Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of fire and security systems, adhering to British Standards.
• Relevant qualifications such as NSI, LPCB, C&G.
• Ability to carry out preventative maintenance to current standards.
• Excellent customer-facing skills.
• Ability to work cooperatively with others and manage multiple activities.
• Previous experience with CCTV, Access Control systems, preferably Entrotec, or fire alarm systems.
• Clean criminal record and ability to pass CRB/DBS checks.

Additional Information:

Ideal candidates are currently working as Service Engineers in Fire Security, Alarm, Access Control, or related fields, and are located within or willing to relocate to London, Hertfordshire, or Essex.
