Please Note: Although this is a remote role you must be based within the UK as you will be required to travel into our London Office for meetings as necessary.
About the role
The role of the HR Systems Analyst is to provide support and guidance to both the HR Systems support team and HR users. Reporting to the HR Systems Platform Manager, this role will play a key part in the delivery of the technical roadmap for Cognita’s HR Systems. The role requires a balance of business analysis skills, deep technical and configuration knowledge, and development skills to deliver system improvements beneficial to the business.
Key Responsibilities:
•Support and Development:Provide support, development, and technical guidance to the HR systems teams.
•System Administration:Oversee administration and monitoring of the HR systems (Cornerstone (CSOD), Edays, SICR, etc.).
•Upgrade Management:Engage in CSOD Release Preview business process testing for ongoing HR Systems upgrades and plan and deliver system upgrades with minimal disruption.
•Process Improvement:Identify potential areas in need of process and performance improvements and create, plan, and implement improvements to HR Systems following full business processes.
•Expert Guidance:Be the go-to expert for HR Systems administration (CSOD) and problem resolution.
•Access Management:Manage and maintain system access for all users and roles.
•Configuration Management:Manage configuration changes to fields, workflows, roles/permissions, layouts, custom objects, custom record types, reports, and dashboards.
•Help-Desk Assistance:Oversee help-desk assistance to internal employees across subsidiaries and external affiliates by troubleshooting and quickly resolving issues with the HR systems and integration elements, coordinating with external vendor 3rd line support when necessary.
•Compliance:Ensure system compliance with company policies, procedures, and protocols for system standards, customisations, and changes.
•Documentation:Fully document and maintain existing and new customisations and workflows, ensuring all documentation is kept updated and relevant knowledgebases reflect the latest changes.
•Integration Maintenance:Maintain any HR Systems integrations and other business intelligence solutions.
This is a global role, supporting the Cognita Group of Companies and schools throughout the world. The HR Systems Analyst will work closely with global HR teams, providing guidance on all future HR system(s) and functional changes, and will work within project teams covering all aspects and modules.

We are seeking a highly skilled HR Systems Analyst with a strong background in Cornerstone (CSOD) configuration and support. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and customer service skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to work independently while being an effective global team player.
Essential:
•E xperience in CSOD configuration/support
•In-depth knowledge of Core HR, Learning, Performance, Recruit & Onboarding modules
•Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
•Self-motivated and task-oriented
Desirable:
•Cornerstone Certification
•Spanish and/or Portuguese as a second language
