About the role

We are currently working with well renowned engineering client of ours who is currently seeking to appoint a mechanically biased field based service engineer!

Reporting into the Service Manager you will be responsible for technical support, repairs and installations at customers facilities.

Your Role & Responsibilities:
* Develop and maintain a good relationship with customers
* Carry out preventative maintenance, breakdown cover and Installations
* Support and contribute to the development of safe systems of work, ensuring that Company health and safety standards are followed

Your Skills & Abilities:
* Level 3 qualification in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or equivalent work experience
* Excellent Technical knowledge of machine tool equipment
* Mechanical experience
* Ability to prioritise own workload, work to deadlines and deal with conflicting work pressures.
* Ability to travel nationally at short notice. Paid overtime including paid travel Expenses for all business activity
