Reed Specialist Recruitment is seeking an experienced Agricultural Service Engineer to join a well-established agricultural machinery business in the South Warwickshire area. You will service, repair and maintain a wide range of equipment using modern machinery and will be supported to grow your career in a professional environment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as Agricultural Service Engineer, Plant Engineer, HGV Technician, or similar.
• Strong diagnostics and fault-finding skills.
• Good understanding of hydraulic, electrical, and mechanical systems.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Ability to work independently and manage workload.

Responsibilities

• Service, maintain, and repair a wide range of agricultural machinery and equipment.
• Diagnose mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, and electronic faults.
• Carry out both workshop-based and field service repairs.
• Complete job reports and paperwork accurately.
• Provide excellent customer service while working on-site and off-site.
• Ensure all work is completed safely and to a high standard.
