Our client are a leading installer of orangeries, conservatories, garden rooms, glazed extensions, living spaces and aluminium windows and doors throughout the home counties.

Service Engineer – The Role

As a Service Engineer no two days are the same. One day you’ll be adjusting bi-folds or sealing a conservatory roof, the next you’re fixing a long-standing issue on the spot. You’ll bring your technical know-how, problem-solving mindset and pride in craftsmanship to every job.

Service Engineer – Key Responsibilities

• Undertaking service works to identify and rectify issues with Hazlemere Windows products within the warranty period
• Installation and repair works to conservatories, windows and doors, including but not limited to installing sealed units, replacement sashes and door slabs, door adjustments, replacement small parts such as hinges and handles, identifying and fixing roof leaks

Service Engineer – You

• Must have window, door and conservatory installation or service engineer experience
• Full UK driving license is required
• Good sense, etiquette and ability to think on one’s feet
• Flexibility and a proactive approach
• Ability to work without supervision and as part of a team
• Good organisational and planning skills
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to use initiative to resolve issues quickly in an appropriate manner
