We’re looking for an experienced and strategically minded Service Efficiency Manager to join our Rare Diseases Business Unit and help improve access to treatment by developing innovative solutions across NHS services.
This is a unique opportunity to work at the intersection of healthcare transformation, market access, partnerships and commercial excellence. You’ll collaborate with NHS organisations, healthcare professionals and cross-functional teams to identify and implement service improvements that help patients receive treatment more efficiently while delivering measurable value to healthcare systems.
As Service Efficiency Manager, you will lead the development and implementation of service and pathway solutions across the NHS, helping to increase capacity, reduce waiting times and improve patient access to treatment. You’ll work closely with NHS stakeholders to understand operational challenges and develop tailored solutions that enhance patient pathways and outcomes.
This highly visible role plays a key leadership position within the Rare Diseases Business Unit, bringing together expertise from Medical, Market Access, Sales and other key functions to deliver impactful customer partnerships and support the continued growth of Ipsen’s rare disease portfolio.
