Job summary

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Strong understanding of the NHS, healthcare systems and patient pathways.
  • Experience engaging and influencing senior NHS stakeholders.
  • Market Access experience, either field-based or head office.
  • Excellent project management and planning skills.
  • Strong analytical and commercial decision-making capability.
  • Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work effectively within cross-functional teams.
  • Proactive, solutions-focused and results-driven mindset.

Responsibilities

  • Lead service and pathway improvements across NHS systems.
  • Collaborate with NHS organisations to improve efficiency and capacity.
  • Drive cross-functional projects with Medical, Market Access, Sales and Legal teams.
  • Ensure activities comply with ABPI Code of Practice and company policies.
