Job summary

This field-based role collaborates with NHS organisations, healthcare professionals and cross-functional teams to identify and implement pathway improvements.

You will work with Medical, Market Access, Sales and Legal teams to deliver measurable value while ensuring ABPI compliance and stakeholder engagement.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Strong understanding of the NHS, healthcare systems and patient pathways.
• Experience engaging and influencing senior NHS stakeholders.
• Market Access experience, either field-based or head office.
• Excellent project management and planning skills.
• Strong analytical and commercial decision-making capability.
• Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work effectively within cross-functional teams.
• Proactive, solutions-focused and results-driven mindset.

Responsibilities
