Key responsibilities

• Build rapport and understand customers' needs
• Ensure customer care is always paramount
• Portray a professional image
• Report customer complaints to your manager immediately
• Ensure the standard of the vehicle meets customer expectations
• Undertake valeting duties from time to time
• Undertake any other duties required by the role
