Ygam is seeking an experienced Service Development Manager to lead mobilisation and continuous improvement of pan-London rough sleeping services, including migrant support.
The role will support the successful mobilisation, delivery, and improvement of three GLA contracts: London Navigators, MAPS, CPRS, and ensure readiness during growth and transitions. Travel across the region with home working up to 3 days per week is expected.

We are offering an exciting opportunity for an experienced and dynamic Service Development Manager to lead transformational change and support the successful mobilisation, delivery, and continuous improvement of our pan-London specialist rough sleeping services, including migrant support services.
Working closely with the Head of Specialist Rough Sleeping Services, you will play a key role in establishing and developing three Greater London Authority (GLA) contracts: London Navigators, MAPS, and the Crisis Prevention and Response Service (CPRS).
Working as Service Development Manager you will support services through periods of growth and transition, helping to ensure operational readiness, embed new ways of working, and deliver against contractual objectives. Key responsibilities will include:
In this post you will be required to travel across the region to visit services, teams and partners. There will be opportunities for home working up to 3 days per week dependent on the needs of the region.
