A leading health organization in Wales is seeking a passionate individual to lead the development of community-based well-being approaches. This role involves engaging partners, integrating resources, and promoting well-being across the region. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in health or local government, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to community development.
Integrated Well-being Networks have been implemented across Gwent in order to improve well-being through community-based approaches. This programme is part of a whole system transformation to realise the vision of the Welsh Government's long-term plan for health and social care services.
This exciting new role will lead the development of place-based well-being approaches in Torfaen county borough. The post holder will continue the development of place-based well-being networks, engaging partners and community assets in a collaborative approach to promoting well-being for all.
The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.
Secondment opportunity until 31st March 2026 due to funding stream.

The post holder will develop approaches to integrating well-being resources with primary care and community services. The post holder will also build links between the Regional Partnership Board and Public Service Board well-being agendas, working across organisations and service areas.
