Seriun is on the lookout for a dynamic Service Desk Engineer to join our award-winning and fast-growing Managed Service Provider team. If you’re passionate about solving technical challenges and want a future that grows with you, we’d love to hear from you.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Supporting clients via phone, email, and our ticketing system
• Troubleshooting issues in line with SLAs
• Working with network devices (Cisco, HP), switches, firewalls, routers (Meraki), and Office 365
• Basic onsite work (e.g. hardware setup) as needed
• Collaborating with other teams to deliver a seamless service
• Building great relationships with customers along the way

You’ll Need

• 2+ years in end-user IT support
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to triage technical issues confidently
• UK driving license (for occasional onsite work)
• Bonus: VMware experience (not essential)
