Job summary

Cardinal Newman College is seeking a Service Desk Analyst to deliver professional IT support across the college and partner sites. You will handle incidents from start to finish, with a focus on customer service and timely resolution.

The role covers end-user devices, classroom tech, printing, accounts and productivity tools. You will work both remotely and on-site, escalating when specialist infrastructure is required to resolve issues promptly.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering frontline IT support to users.
• Knowledge of Windows/Microsoft ecosystem and admin tools.
• Familiarity with ITSM processes and ticket handling.
• Experience with classroom tech and educational environments.

Responsibilities

• Provide first and second-line IT support across college and partner site.
• Own incidents from contact to resolution and update tickets.
• Support remotely or in person; escalate when needed.
• Troubleshoot end-user devices, AV, printing and access issues.
