Job Title: IT Service Desk Analyst

Location: RHS Garden Bridgewater (with weekly visits to RHS Garden Harlow Carr)

Salary: £25,000 - £28,000

Hours: 35

Contract: Permanent

Based at RHS Garden Bridgewater, near Manchester, this role is ideal for someone looking to expand their IT services horizons. We support over 1200 users across seven sites, exposing you to new technologies, training, and support in unique environments like the Chelsea Flower Show and our gardens.

The role also requires a weekly visit to our garden in Harrogate and offers flexible working from home.

This is not an ordinary IT service desk role. We manage all elements from PCs and printers to retail tills, membership recruitment, and a new CRM system launching later this year.

We are a small team that encourages learning and collaboration with infrastructure and networking colleagues. We prioritize training and coaching to help you expand your IT knowledge.

Customer service excellence is our priority. As an internal service department, our main goal is providing the best service to our colleagues. This role involves more than desk work; you'll meet colleagues and participate in exciting projects like M365, Teams, SharePoint, and cloud migrations.

You should have a good understanding of IT operations or relevant qualifications. An interest in IT hardware and new technologies is desirable, as we have ambitious projects planned for the next 18 months, in which you'll play a key role. Traveling to multiple sites may be required occasionally.
