Following an internal promotion, we are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Service Desk Analyst to join our multi-skilled team. This is an excellent opportunity to play a key role in delivering expert IT and AV support while providing outstanding customer service to staff and students.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical support across a range of IT and AV services, contributing to projects, and working collaboratively with colleagues and stakeholders to ensure the best possible customer experience.
You will have a strong background in customer service and technical support within a complex enterprise environment, together with experience of working in a university or similarly large organisation. A good understanding of IT Service Management processes, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service are essential.
