Salary: £25,000 (negotiable). Location: On-site in Derbyshire. Working hours: 6am-2pm, 9am-5pm, 11am-7pm (remote work available).

  • Learn and support the company's bespoke system, with a willingness to learn quickly.
Requirements
  • Experience in a service desk or similar IT support environment.
  • Strong skills in IT support fundamentals.
  • Knowledge of Windows OS, Active Directory, and O365 (preferred).
  • Understanding of network troubleshooting (preferred).
  • Ability to commute to the site in Derbyshire.
