Redgate in Cambridge is seeking an IT Support Associate to be the first point of contact for IT questions across our offices worldwide. You will triage, log, and resolve incidents and requests, escalating when needed to Service Desk Engineers or Infrastructure teams.
This permanent, in-office role requires strong problem solving, attention to detail, and clear communication to explain technical concepts to non-technical colleagues.
