Redgate in Cambridge is seeking a proactive IT Helpdesk Assistant to be the first point of contact for IT queries across our offices worldwide. You will triage and log incidents, resolve what you can at first line, and route more complex issues to the right teams.
This permanent, in-office role requires strong communication, familiarity with Microsoft OS and M365, and the ability to juggle multiple tasks with a calm, customer-focused approach.
