Job Description:

Stealth IT Consulting is supporting a major player in digital consulting and seeks SC Cleared Service Designers to join their team. This role offers opportunities for growth, working with prominent clients in both public and private sectors (including DWP, NHS Digital, BP, and IKEA).

The role is primarily remote with occasional travel to London, Manchester, or Glasgow depending on the project.

As a Service Designer, your responsibilities include:

• Maximizing Value: Deliver high-value solutions from concept to implementation.
• End-to-End Support: Guide clients through the entire service design process.
• Championing User-Centricity: Use tools and methods to embed design thinking and user-centered approaches.
• Innovative Collaboration: Work with solution teams to develop innovative products and services.
• Driving Service Improvements: Use trends to enhance services and introduce industry-first experiences.
• Influencing Stakeholders: Advocate for user-focused transformation with various stakeholders.

Required Experience:

• Active SC Clearance is a MUST
• Proven experience in full service design process with minimal support
• Familiarity with GDS principles and standards
• Expertise in creating service design deliverables (user journeys, personas, blueprints)
• Understanding accessibility challenges for diverse users
• Strong facilitation skills for workshops and sprints
• Ability to visualize complex services clearly
• Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Experience working in agile (scrum) environments
