Job Description:

Stealth IT Consulting is supporting a major player in digital consulting, seeking SC Cleared Service Designers to join the team. This role offers opportunities for development and growth, working with key clients in both public and private sectors, including DWP, NHS Digital, BP, and Ikea.

The position is primarily remote, with occasional travel to London, Manchester, or Glasgow depending on the project.

As a Service Designer, your responsibilities will include:

• Maximizing value delivery for clients from concept to implementation.
• Guiding clients through the entire service design process, from ideation to testing.
• Embedding user-centred design thinking using various tools and methods.
• Collaborating with solution teams to develop innovative products and services.
• Enhancing existing services with emerging trends and industry-first experiences.
• Engaging stakeholders to advocate for user-centric transformation.

Required Experience:

• Active SC Clearance is mandatory.
• Proven experience in the full service design process, working independently.
• Knowledge of Government Digital Service (GDS) standards.
• Ability to produce service design deliverables such as user journeys, personas, and blueprints.
• Understanding accessibility challenges for diverse users.
• Strong facilitation skills for workshops and ideation sessions.
• Ability to visualize complex services clearly.
• Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working in agile (scrum) environments with cross-functional teams.
