Job Description:

My client is a global leading Digital Consultancy specialising in Cloud Adoption, Digital Architecture/Transformation & NextGen AI Solutions, with offices in London, Manchester, and Glasgow. They follow a remote-first policy with ad hoc client site visits, averaging 1-2 visits per month, which can vary.

They are seeking a permanent Service Designer Consultant to join a rapidly growing team, working on multiple Digital Transformation projects within the Government, Finance, Retail, and Energy sectors.

The budget is up to £55k, plus full benefits, with a fully remote working arrangement and occasional client site travel.

Primary skills and experience required:

• Must hold active SC Clearance
• Proven experience in service design, working autonomously with minimal support
• Ability to create service design artefacts such as user journeys, personas, service blueprints, and concepts
• Experience facilitating workshops, design sprints, and ideation sessions
• Ability to visualize complex services clearly for diverse audiences
• A curious mindset with a passion for asking ‘why’
• Strong problem-solving skills in fast-paced environments with storytelling abilities
• Experience working in agile (scrum) teams with cross-functional members
• Presales experience, including bidding, RFPs, demos, and presentations, is advantageous
