Circet UK’s Home division is currently seeking to recruit Service Delivery Technicians to provide resources to our clients. Telecommunications Technicians are responsible for the installation, repair, and maintenance of Broadband, Telephone, and TV services.

The typical working hours are 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, including Saturdays. However, the role may involve considerable travel and work outside regular hours without additional pay.

Responsibilities include:

1. Complete all work to the required quality standards as per Circet Home's guidelines, best practices, and client requirements.
2. Perform Fibre and Copper installations, surveying, and repairing orders.
3. Conduct site inspections and evaluations, including traffic management.
4. Educate customers on installed services and ensure all services operate to their satisfaction.
5. Work efficiently while maintaining a clean environment and high customer satisfaction.
6. Respond professionally to all customer requests and inquiries.
7. Continually develop professional skills through training.
8. Comply with company fleet policies.
9. Follow health and safety regulations, including H&S handbook and Toolbox Talks.
10. Operate tools safely and in accordance with safety standards.
11. Ensure work activities comply with environmental regulations.

Skills & Experience required – Full Training Provided:

1. Full UK Manual Drivers Licence.
2. Ability to manage technical work in the field with minimal supervision.
3. Ability to interpret technical issues based on customer descriptions.
4. Strong diagnostic skills to identify and fix equipment problems.
5. Good communication skills and effective work prioritization.
6. Confidence working under tight deadlines.
7. Experience liaising with external stakeholders.
8. Experience following and adapting procedures for service delivery as per client requirements.
9. Understanding of client’s quality standards.
10. IT skills for communication with group control.
11. Professional, self-motivated, with good communication skills and team integration abilities.
