Job Description:

Blue Wireless is a global leader in providing Wireless Network Solutions for Global Enterprises. With global coverage in over 80 countries, we are transforming the way LTE/5G and Starlink technology is used for connecting branches, remote sites, and vessels using wireless solutions.

Headquartered in Singapore with local operations in Australia, Malaysia, Netherlands, UK, and United States, Blue Wireless makes the roll-out of projects a painless and predictable process. But technology is only one part of our success story – our "secret sauce" is our people: our creativity, hands-on attitude, and our willingness to go above and beyond for our customers are what keep us growing, hence we are continuously looking for new colleagues to join and be part of our journey.

Service Delivery Specialist at Blue Wireless

Based in our Chester UK office, as our Service Delivery Specialist, you’ll be the ‘air traffic controller’ ensuring the successful delivery of services for customers across Europe, the UK, and the Middle East, managing the end-to-end process from order intake to order completion.

As we quickly expand across the region, the role will demand a self-starter, well-organized, proactive colleague, able to keep an overview across the region while being able to zoom in on specific orders to ensure these are delivered up to Blue Wireless standards. You will maintain an open dialogue with our sales teams, customers, and our engineering teams on-site (both internal and our partners).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the on-boarding of new customers and setting them up in the various systems, together with the Inside Sales teams.
  • Manage new customer projects from ordering, planning, and tracking.
  • Measure, report, review, and recommend on Network performance and utilization.
  • Organise training and documentation for customers throughout their lifecycle.
  • Improve processes and automation.
  • Support your colleagues overseas where required.
  • Maintain and expand relationships with key sales channels.
  • Be the advocate for Blue Wireless services during customer meetings.
  • Validate operations documentation is accurate to allow bill generation.
  • Other related duties as assigned.

Our sales channels and customers are Europe-based but require services globally. Working together with the teams in Australia, Singapore, and the US happens daily and may require occasional overseas travel.

If you:

  • Keep a positive, problem-solving attitude.
  • Have great organization skills, accurate when processing and giving information.
  • Have a minimum Bachelor’s degree.
  • Are a good communicator and take your own initiative.
  • Have excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Have 1 year of experience in an international business environment (advantageous but not a must).
  • Are passionate about technology and enterprise networks (nice-to-have).

.. we'd love to hear from you. Joining us is a great opportunity to enhance your professional career globally and make a real impact in a tech company that is growing exponentially in a fast-paced environment. Come grow with us!

You will be:

  • Part of a professional international team of networking solution experts.
  • Given the opportunity to make a difference in helping with the development of the role and the business.
  • Offered many career development opportunities as the company grows and evolves.
  • In a “destination workplace”: work with great managers in an ideal workplace while doing meaningful work.
  • Surrounded by highly supportive peers in a healthy working environment.
