Job summary

Restore Information Management is seeking a motivated Service Delivery Operative to support the safe handling, tracking and processing of important customer records. You will contribute to accuracy, confidentiality and data security while working in a collaborative team.

The role requires holding a UK valid Licence and willingness to work 38.5 hours per week on a 4 on 4 off shift from 7am to 7pm, with a salary of £25,525.50 per annum.

Qualifications

• Proven accuracy in handling files and data entry tasks.
• Ability to read labels and safety information clearly.
• Capable of standing for extended periods during shifts.
• Able to manage high volumes of physical records and boxes.

Responsibilities

• Support other Operations by data entry, scanning, storing and indexing tasks.
• Follow instructions with basic computer and safety information.
• Record and sort high volume incoming files and boxes.
• Assist with lifting and safe handling of materials up to 5–10 kg.
• Work well in a team and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
