Job summary

Go-Ahead London is seeking experienced and dynamic Service Delivery Managers to oversee the daily operations of our bus garages, ensuring safe, efficient and reliable service delivery while supporting a positive working environment for staff and customers.

As a Service Delivery Manager you will lead Drivers, Senior Garage Supervisors, Yard Teams and Apprentices, shape garage strategy, drive continuous improvement and work with the garage management team to meet performance objectives and uphold

Qualifications

• Strong background in operational management within a fast-paced environment.
• Experience leading multi-disciplinary teams and driving performance.
• Ability to analyse data to identify trends and implement improvements.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations of a busy bus garage and act as the first point of contact for drivers and supervisors.
• Foster a positive, engaging team culture through visible leadership and initiatives.
• Conduct performance management activities including reviews and attendance management.
• Develop and deliver local operational strategies to meet performance objectives.
• Oversee fleet presentation, safety, cleanliness and compliance standards.
• Identify and address operational challenges and drive improvements.
