Job summary

We are seeking a customer-obsessed Service Delivery Manager to coordinate and lead delivery resources across Microsoft and our partners, creating and enhancing end-to-end managed experiences for an outstanding customer experience. You will infuse our team with enthusiasm, strategic advice, and operational excellence, embodying our inclusive culture and commitment to diversity.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate with delivery teams to maintain high performance and implement improvements supporting delivery excellence.
  • Own critical incidents, coordinate resolutions, and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
  • Manage escalations with clear summaries and recommendations.
  • Participate in service review meetings, represent Azure CXP at customer meetings, and report on service performance.
  • Define operating models, OKRs, KPIs, and RACIs to ensure optimal customer experience.
  • Build strong relationships with Microsoft teams and stakeholders to maximize client satisfaction.
  • Act as the customer champion by proactively designing and delivering services that exceed expectations.
  • Promote a culture of customer obsession, delivery excellence, value creation, and collaboration.
  • Gather feedback, identify areas for improvement, and develop new processes and guidance.
  • Translate technical details into business language to bridge organizational gaps.
  • Lead service review meetings with partners to drive operational excellence.

  • Cloud and Azure knowledge are essential; Azure DevOps experience is a plus.
  • Experience with high-performance computing or supercomputing is a plus.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience with Azure or similar cloud systems, and in client-facing roles.
  • Degree required; MBA or advanced degrees preferred.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Public cloud experience.
  • Right to work in the UK.
  • BPSS and/or SC Clearance.
  • Extensive experience in operations and managed services.
Other Requirements

The role requires passing security screenings, including Microsoft Cloud Background Check and UK security clearance. The position involves being on-site in South West England 2-3 days a week.
