Role Overview:

The Service Delivery Manager is responsible for project execution (in line with defined budget and planning, and aligned with the strategy of the CDE if installed on the client), and for interacting with all key stakeholders, including Industry Operations team (engineers, solution architects) and Horizontal Operations team (engineers, developers from Global Operations Practices).

Practical Requirements:

This role is based in Watford, requiring 4 days per week work from Watford General Hospital.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive end-to-end project execution by coordinating delivery between Industry and Horizontal Operations teams, adhering to Atos delivery standards, budget, and planning.
  • Ensure smooth operation of implemented solutions through troubleshooting, maintenance (predictive, preventive, corrective).
  • Enhance productivity and cost-efficiency of managed resources and platforms via innovation.
  • Manage timely delivery of large, complex transformation projects by leveraging dedicated industry-specific engineering and delivery capabilities.
  • Understand and challenge clients’ business needs.
  • Interact with client technical teams to develop innovative solutions suited to the client’s maturity level.
  • Maintain up-to-date internal Industry and Horizontal knowledge among resources.

Competency and Skills:

  • 3+ years of experience in a similar role.
  • Experience managing small to medium, moderately complex client outsourcing engagements or Atos services, or participating in larger engagements as part of an SDM team. Interaction with international teams across practices or industries is involved.
