Job Title: Service Delivery Manager (Temp to Perm)
Location: Greater London
Type: Temporary to Permanent
Rate/Salary: £350-£400 Inside IR35

Overview:
We are currently seeking an experienced and driven Service Delivery Manager to join our clients team on a temporary-to-permanent basis. This role is an excellent opportunity for a proactive individual with a background in the public sector, who thrives in fast-paced environments and excels at ensuring the consistent delivery of high-quality IT services.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage the end-to-end delivery of IT services, ensuring alignment with agreed service levels and customer expectations.
Act as the primary point of contact between the delivery team and stakeholders, promoting transparency and collaboration.
Utilise JIRA to manage workflows, track service performance, and drive continuous improvement.
Coordinate cross-functional teams to resolve incidents and problems effectively and efficiently.
Influence internal and external stakeholders to ensure service goals are met and to promote best practice.
Lead service review meetings and provide regular reporting on performance metrics and service improvement plans.
Ensure compliance with public sector regulations, standards, and governance frameworks.

Key Skills and Experience:

Proven experience as a Service Delivery Manager, ideally within the public sector.
Strong working knowledge of JIRA and experience in using it to manage and report on service delivery.
Demonstrable ability to coordinate across teams and influence stakeholders at various levels.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Familiarity with ITIL practices is highly desirable.

Additional Information:
This role requires 2-3 days on-site. Candidates should be available to start on a temporary contract, with a view to transitioning into a permanent position subject to performance and business needs.
