The role focuses on coordinating workloads, building strong client relationships, handling escalations, and identifying opportunities to add value while supporting new business activities.

Service Delivery Manager

Are you an experienced Delivery Manager who enjoys combining customer service, team leadership, problem-solving and commercial responsibility?

We’re recruiting for a Service Delivery Manager to take ownership of a portfolio of customers, oversee day-to-day service delivery and support the wider team to ensure consistently high standards.

The role

You’ll be responsible for ensuring customers receive a first-class service while coordinating workloads and supporting the wider team.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Building strong customer relationships and improving response and delivery times
• Handling customer enquiries, service issues and escalations
