Job summary

ATC (part of Arvato) in the United Kingdom is seeking a Service Delivery Lead to support the Key Account Manager by managing day-to-day client operations and ensuring smooth service delivery across critical accounts.

You will coordinate with Planning, Commercial, and cross-functional teams, address issues promptly, and provide insights to maximise value for clients. This 12-month FTC offers opportunities to influence client outcomes and strengthen relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred but not essential.
• Experience in account management or client services is desirable but not required.
• Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to understand and align with customer business objectives.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex tasks and support business growth.

Responsibilities

• Support the Key Account Manager in delivering smooth account operations and maintaining strong client relationships.
• Act as a key operational point of contact, providing expert guidance and support to customers.
• Oversee day-to-day account operations to ensure seamless service and product delivery.
• Collaborate closely with Planning, Commercial, and cross-functional teams to meet client requirements.
• Proactively manage and resolve operational issues to minimize disruption and maintain customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate and track projects, ensuring timely delivery within scope and agreed objectives.
• Provide operational insights and expertise to help customers maximize the value of services.
• Monitor, report, and present on key operational metrics (e.g. rack counts, OTD, issue resolution), while identifying opportunities for continuous process improvement.
