Bellrock Group is seeking a Service Delivery Co-ordinator in Leicester to support day-to-day administration and operational tasks. You’ll monitor progress, maintain records, liaise with engineers and suppliers, and chase actions through to completion, ensuring high service standards for clients.
Working closely with the Service Delivery Manager, you’ll help resolve escalations, support reporting, and keep stakeholders informed.
As a Service Delivery Co-ordinator, you’ll play a key role in keeping service delivery running smoothly by providing day-to-day administrative and operational support. You’ll monitor job progress, maintain accurate records, liaise with engineers and suppliers, coordinate scheduling and purchase orders, and proactively chase actions through to completion. Working closely with the Service Delivery Manager, you’ll take ownership of issues, support reporting requirements and help resolve escalations quickly, keeping clients informed and ensuring a consistently high standard of service.
