Overview

The Service Delivery team manages and oversees projects for government clients, focusing on accommodation, transport, and operational support to ensure project success. The job holder acts as the main contact for project-related issues, collaborating with Client Services, Supplier Relations, Health & Safety, and Finance. Responsibilities also include handling calls and emails per service levels and providing high-quality customer service.
