Role Description

The role requires passion, concentration, and drive to ensure success. Applicants must have excellent attention to detail, as we pride ourselves on the quality of deliverables, from emails to client presentations. Accountability for each project managed is critical, especially under pressure.

Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities
  • Raise orders, plan, and manage the order process with our global supply chain
  • Provide excellent customer service and support for our clients
  • Keep order data up to date clearly and concisely
  • Keep customers informed of order status
  • Communicate with internal stakeholders on issues
  • Manage general administration of work and digital workspace
  • Handle domestic and international logistics processing and fulfillment
  • Provide tailored customer support based on client requirements
  • Handle customer complaints and problem orders professionally
  • Proactively solve problems for clients
  • Conduct quality control and ensure compliance
  • Perform additional responsibilities as advised by line manager

  • Office-based during probation with option for hybrid working
