Job summary

Northern Ireland Fire & Rescue Service (NIFRS) is seeking Service Delivery Administrators across several locations. The role provides a modern, confidential, customer-focused administrative service to Area Command and external customers.

Hours are 36¼ per week, Monday to Friday, 9:00–17:00, with a Flexible Working Hours Scheme. Vacancies exist at Eastern Area HQ Belfast, Southern Area HQ Portadown, Crescent Link RP Derry/Londonderry, Coleraine RP Portrush and Enniskillen RP.

• Provide a modern, efficient, professional, confidential and customer-focused administrative service.
• Work in line with NIFRS policies, procedures and relevant legislation.

• Deliver administrative support to all functions within the relevant Area Command and to internal/external customers.
