We have a fleet of approximately 100 vehicles of varying specifications across the UK and we are constantly reviewing these to ensure that they are current and meet the requirements of our services and service users. Our fleet and equipment is comparable with those deployed by NHS services and we have recently introduced bariatric patient transport capability in some areas.

We have a fleet of approximately 100 vehicles of varying specifications across the UK and we are constantly reviewing these to ensure that they are current and meet the requirements of our services and service users. Ambulance Support services are delivered by staff and volunteers, trained to provide patient transport, from various bases across the UK. Our services are directly managed by dedicated teams led by Service Delivery Managers, supported by Coordinators and, in some instances, Team Leaders. A national leadership team oversees our service performance, quality and development.
