Location: Four Ashes, Wolverhampton • Salary: £28,000 - £32,000 (depending on experience) • Hours: Full-time, Permanent (Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 4:30pm)

Total Crane Solutions are looking for a motivated and organised Service Coordinator to join our friendly office-based team in Four Ashes, Wolverhampton. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a growing company, where you\'ll play a key role in keeping our operations running smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and manage engineers\' daily schedules
  • Prepare and organise quotations for customers
  • Process and organise customer invoices
  • Regularly liaise with customers and suppliers
  • Raise and manage purchase orders
  • Ensure day-to-day operations run smoothly and efficiently
  • Carry out additional operational and administrative duties as required
About You
  • Previous experience in a similar service coordinator, scheduling, or office-based role preferred
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Confident using Microsoft Office and business systems
  • Able to work effectively as part of a team as well as independently
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
  • A proactive team player with a positive, can-do attitude
