Job summary

Neos Recruitment Ltd is seeking a Service Controller for a new branch in Devizes. You will coordinate service, repair and breakdown work for our material handling equipment customers, working with customers, engineers and internal teams to ensure timely, accurate service delivery.

You will help build strong customer relationships in a busy service environment, with emphasis on organisation, problem solving and clear communication. Salary £27–£30 per hour.

Qualifications

• Be highly customer-focused and able to deliver a professional service.
• Excellent administration, organisation and coordination skills.
• Confident communicator by telephone, email and in person.
• Experience in service desk coordination is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact for service requests.
• Coordinate daily service desk activity and inquiries.
• Plan and allocate work to field service engineers.
• Liaise with customers for requirements and updates.
• Raise and progress service jobs in Protean ERP.
• Prepare quotations and obtain approvals.
• Support invoicing and ensure accurate records.
• Build relationships with customers, engineers and suppliers.
• Assist branch development and process improvements.
