Job summary

The Humberview Group is seeking a Service Drive Thru Concierge for Mercedes-Benz Brampton in Brampton. You will be the first point of contact in our Service Department, helping customers and guiding service traffic flow as well as supporting Service Advisors.

This full-time role is ideal for someone who enjoys staying active, delivering excellent customer service, and working in a fast-paced automotive environment. Compensation is $45,000 per year.

Responsibilities

• Greets all customers entering the service area with a friendly and upbeat attitude.
• Assist customers with their questions, and direct them to the appropriate person or location.
• Controls service traffic flow and parking.
• Determines if customers coming into service have an appointment.
• Records customer's name, VIN, tag number, mileage, and existing vehicle damage.
• Assists Service Advisors with duties at the service counter and in the service drive through.
• Maintains a clean and safe service drive area, free of dirt, water, leaves, snow, etc.
• Maintains a professional appearance.
• Assists customer follow-up on repair orders.
• Other duties as required by the Service Manager.

Mercedes-Benz Brampton is looking for a Service Drive Thru Concierge to add to their team in Brampton. Mercedes-Benz Brampton is proud to be a member of The Humberview Group, representing 20 dealerships and 18 automotive brands.

As the first point of contact in our Service Department, the Service Concierge will play an important role in creating a positive customer experience. Our Service Concierges welcome customers as they arrive, assist with service traffic flow, support Service Advisors, and help move vehicles throughout the shop and car wash.

This is a fast-paced, hands-on role ideal for someone who enjoys staying active and working with people.

Compensation: $45,000 a year.

Please note that this is a full-time permanent role.
