About the Role

Our operation runs 24 hours per day, 7 days per week, which includes a variety of shift patterns. We offer flexible working hours to fit around your lifestyle. Late and weekend shifts are required, and flexibility with your work pattern may be needed.

As a Service Colleague, you will work across multiple departments to ensure the smooth operation of our stores. Your daily tasks may include serving customers at checkouts, preparing pizzas, picking orders for home deliveries, or replenishing stock on shelves. Our focus is on providing excellent customer service, welcoming stores, and offering 'extra special' products. We work as a team to maximize sales and deliver a great online shopping experience.

About You

You are naturally friendly, eager to learn, and enthusiastic about working with your team to achieve great results. You care about creating a positive shopping experience for customers, helping them find what they need, and engaging in friendly conversations along the way.
