Job summary

Dexters is seeking a capable professional to manage a full portfolio of clients in Central London, specialising in service charge accounting and leasehold legislation. The role requires initiative, strong organisational skills, and a proactive approach as the business grows.

You will issue charges, manage a key client portfolio of high net worth leaseholders, and support budgets, arrears, and disputes with a focus on delivering excellent customer service and efficient administration.

Qualifications

• Experience in service charge accounting and the associated legislation.
• Ability to work on own initiative and develop the role as the business grows.
• Excellent organisational skills and a pro-active approach to daily tasks.
• Comfort with budgeting and chasing arrears or legal action as needed.
• Excellent literacy and numerical skills; proficient with Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Issuing of demands for service charges and ground rents.
• Managing one key client and the portfolio of high net worth leaseholders.
• Entering and maintaining annual budgets for service charges.
• Chasing arrears and progressing legal action against defaulters.
• Dealing with legacy issues and disputes.
• Collection and monitoring of management and administration fees.
• Supporting the Central London team of Block managers.
