You will prepare service charge budgets, perform reconciliations and support multiple developments as part of a friendly finance team.

Qualifications

• AAT or equivalent financial qualification preferred.
• Strong Excel skills with attention to detail and ability to manage a varied workload.
• Experience in the property sector, especially service charge accounting, is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Prepare service charge budgets and assist with reporting across multiple developments.
• Perform bank reconciliations, payments, transfers and other daily financial tasks.
• Support service charge accounting including reconciliations and queries.
• Assist with the financial set‑up of new developments and handovers.
• Work closely with colleagues to ensure accurate financial records and client service.
