Job summary

Hyperion Partners in London is seeking an experienced Service Charge Accountant to join a growing finance team. You will prepare and maintain service charge accounts, manage budgets and reconciliations, and provide robust financial reporting.

You’ll liaise with property managers, suppliers and internal stakeholders, investigate discrepancies, and assist with year-end and audit requirements while ensuring regulatory compliance.

Day-to-day of the Service Charge Acccountant

• Prepare and maintain accurate service charge accounts.
