Job description

Working within the Service Charge team in the Birmingham office to oversee a residential (and a growing commercial) portfolio including the undertaking financial reviews, to produce Budgets and Service Charge Year End Accounts including generating balancing charges for individual Customers and answering any subsequent queries, and any other ad-hoc reporting that may be required by clients.

You will be responsible for managing and tracking your own workload, including regular reporting and feedback to the Head of Service Charge, Property Managers, Directors and Clients. Adherence to Statutory, RICS, ARMA and best practice guidelines.
