Job summary

Responsibilities

• Ensure health and safety compliance, keep risk assessments up to date, and support emergency procedures.
• Create and test business continuity and incident plans; assist management during incidents.
• Plan and deliver site projects with stakeholders; track progress to deliver quality on time.
• Oversee day-to-day site operations with partners to keep the site secure and resolve issues.
• Manage space for teams and coordinate office moves with Estates and other groups.
• Support CMS priorities by helping with recruitment and mandatory staff training.
• Build relationships with colleagues and partners to promote trust and open communication.
• Note: during training you may work continuously from the permanent office location.
