Job summary

Sunbelt Rentals is seeking an experienced Service Centre Manager to lead a busy UK service centre, driving performance, safety and customer satisfaction. You will manage costs, motivate the team and deliver monthly P&L reports while developing new sales opportunities with the Sales team.

Qualifications

• Experience in similar operations/branch management roles.
• Ability to manage people and develop others.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Commercial and financial acumen with P&L exposure.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.
• Excellent planning and organisation abilities.
• Sound understanding of Health and Safety practices.
• Hold a full clean driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the Service Centre meets agreed targets and budgets and controls costs.
• Motivate employees to maximise performance and morale.
• Create monthly management reports including P&L.
• Liaise with Sales to develop new opportunities and grow the business.
• Ensure all work and processes comply with Health and Safety guidelines.
• Maintain clear and effective communication across the team.
