Responsabilidades

• Maintain service centre performance against targets and budgets.
• Motivate and develop staff to achieve high performance.
• Produce monthly management reports including P&L summary.
• Collaborate with Sales to identify new opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with Health and Safety guidelines.
• Communicate clearly with all employees within the centre.
