Job summary

Exponential-e is seeking an experienced Service Architect in pre-sales to drive Managed Services and Cloud opportunities from our London-based HQ. You will lead discovery workshops, design service architectures, develop compelling proposals, and create scalable service solutions aligned to client business requirements.

Working closely with Sales, you will translate complex customer needs into deliverable designs and support opportunities through to handover, ensuring commercially viable outcomes

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Service Architect in a pre-sales, bid, or solution design capacity.
• Strong background within a Managed Service Provider (MSP) environment.
• Expertise in Service Design and Service Architecture frameworks (ITIL, SIAM, IT4IT, TOGAF).
• Experience producing service proposals, bid responses, and customer presentations.
• Knowledge of ITSM platforms, ideally ServiceNow.
• Location: ideally based within a couple of hours of London and willing to attend our London HQ at least once a week to work collaboratively with the Sales teams.
